Background

Guiding Light Academy is an up and coming, private elementary school in Ontario, Canada. Conceived with the idea of focusing on the complete development of a child, the school offers an enriched curriculum with a varied set of courses, including music, ballet, karate, drama and gymnastics.

Challenge

Guiding Light Academy needed a new brand identity to facilitate its launch. The key challenge was to inject a strong sense of ‘completeness’ and trust in the school as a new entrant in the marketplace.

Action

We spent significant time with the founders of the school to understand their vision. Based on this we went about designing collateral included visiting cards, letterheads, envelopes, flyers, launch invites, corporate video and more to showcase and launch the new school.

Result

Guiding Light Academy launched successfully. The brand communications created a strong first impression with parents and the community alike allowing for strong enrollment numbers, the first year itself.
